About Meghann

I’m Meghann Mundt — body whisperer, breath educator and facilitator, nervous system rehabilitation guide, and true-self coach. My work is rooted in this truth: your body is always operating exactly as it should, responding to your inner and outer world — the work is in learning its language and building trust between mind and body.

A two-time cancer survivor, I’ve walked through burnout, illness, and the kind of survival mode that rewires your entire way of being. That’s why my work isn’t about quick fixes or “pushing through.” It’s about teaching you how to in-source — to know your body better than anyone else, and to trust its cues.

I work with people from all walks of life, but my deepest focus is on helping humans return to a regulated, resilient state through breathwork, cold exposure, fascia release, somatic tools, and sound therapy. This work often centers on:

  • Couples ready to reconnect and regulate together

  • Individuals navigating PTSD and other high-stress experiences

  • Religious recovery and rebuilding self-trust

  • Cancer recovery and life after major health changes

For almost five years, I’ve been guiding humans through the ice — holding space for over 1,000 first-time plungers — and helping them discover what happens when the mind gets quiet and the body finds safety. For the last three years, I’ve facilitated and educated on breathwork with first responders, executives, athletes, and everyday humans, including:

  • Gilbert Fire Department

  • Town of Gilbert City Managers

  • Arizona School Resource Officers Association

  • VIVANT Solar executive team

  • Yoga studios, gyms, personal trainers, therapists, group sessions, and community events

Whether I’m working one-on-one, leading group sessions, or holding space for deep emotional work, my mission is the same: to create resilient, present humans who feel safe in their own skin.
