I’m Meghann Mundt—a two-time cancer survivor, somatic educator, and breathwork practitioner with no time for fluff. I help high-achieving, burnt-out humans regulate their nervous systems and rebuild their resilience through unconventional, science-backed tools like breathwork and cold immersion.

  • I’ve had several breathwork sessions with Meghann & each of them have been powerful in their own ways. During the sessions I usually feel like I’m half in my body & half out of it. This incredible joy & elation hits me about 1/2 way through. I find myself connecting to my higher self with ease. I usually can’t believe that it’s been a significant amount of time because it feels like only minutes have passed! There is nothing unsafe or weird or uncomfortable about it either. As someone who grew up conservative & religious, I find myself completely comfortable.
